1. Digital Products
1.1 No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not provide refunds for any digital products purchased from our Website. Once the purchase is made and the product is delivered or accessible, it is considered non-refundable.

2. Services (Classes)
2.1 Cancellation by Student:
2.1.1 No Refunds for Classes in Progress: If a student cancels a class after it has started, or within one hour before the scheduled start time, no refund will be provided.
2.1.2 80% Refund for Advance Cancellations: If a student cancels a class at least one hour before the scheduled start time, an 80% refund will be provided. The remaining 20% covers administrative costs and the reserved spot that could have been allocated to another student.

3. Refund Process
3.1 Initiation: To request a refund for a service cancellation made within the eligible time frame, please contact our customer support team at contact@10movesgroup.com. Please provide your order details and reasons for the refund request.
3.2 Refund Method: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.
