To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, 10Moves, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.

7. Fully Refundable Services

We offer services that are referred to as "Effectively Free" or "Fully Refundable" to clients who intend to study abroad. An upfront fee is charged, which is subsequently reimbursed upon the completion of all the selected services by the client. These services include Language Exam Preparation, College & University Admission Applications, Scholarship Applications, Visa Filling and Statement of Purpose (SOP) Writing, and Travel Ticket booking. The refund is initiated once the Travel Tickets are booked. However, certain restrictions apply as outlined below:

7.1 Language Exam Preparation Classes - Refunds will be considered only if the client chooses Group Classes.

7.2 College & University Admissions - For admissions to Colleges and Universities that 10Moves and its partners are affiliated with, we will refund the entire initially charged amount to the client. However, no refund will be provided for admissions to Colleges and Universities not affiliated with 10Moves or its partners.

7.2.1 If the Admission requires SOP and Letters of Recommendation (LORs), only one application will be processed under the fully refundable scheme. Any additional applications will be charged separately, or the amount will be adjusted in the final refund.

7.3 Scholarship Applications - Up to three applications are eligible for consideration under the Fully Refundable scheme. If the client opts for more applications, a service fee will be deducted accordingly before initiating the refund.

7.4 Travel Tickets - To initiate the refund process, the client must book their travel tickets through our services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
